Who Am I?

Training has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up as an overweight child, I heavily struggled with overeating. I was that kid that had a t-shirt on at the pool. All the insecurities we all have with our bodies, I’ve been there, had that. Before entering high school, I got into a more active lifestyle. I got into basketball and just became more aware of food choices. This allowed me to lose a lot of weight but I was still unhappy with the way I looked. This is where the gym and training came into my life.

Ever since my teenage years, I’ve made a commitment to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Having a well-balanced diet and training became a part a lifestyle for me. It taught me discipline, dedication, grit and just embracing the suck. I truly believe training and nutrition changes more than just how we look but our whole mindset that can help us in our everyday life. This pushed me to start my personal training career in 2017 and I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Exercise Science. I am also a certified Strength and Conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

My goal is to help others have this realization through proper training and nutrition. Training is meant to be fun and good nutrition doesn’t have to suck.
